They came to put an air conditioner in my apartment. They moved stuff out of my closet ans out if my hallway and didn’t put it back. They also hit an antique table that was in my hallway that had a scensy warmer on it that was turned on and wax went all over my table, wall and warmer. They didn’t try to clean it up or even leave a note telling me that they did it. Very unprofessional on their part. I had to.scrape the wax off the wall ans my table is ruined.
They put my air conditioner in, still didn’t work so they had to come back a week later to change out my thermostat. The guy came in, looked at it, left. Came back, took the old one off, left again, came back, put the new one on and left again. He said he was going to go check the outside unit to see if it was getting charge and he would be back. An hour later, he still wasn’t there. I had to leave, but he came back while I was gone and turned the thermostat down even more. That’s how I knew he was there.
